Property owners in Crystal Cove belong to the Crystal Cove Homeowners Association. Homeowners enjoy 24 hour guarded gates, various community parks, as well as access to The Canyon Club which includes the swim center, clubhouse, fitness facility, basketball half-court and tennis courts.

Crystal Cove is not an independent town, A small Irvine Company master-planned community that is part of the Newport Coast development bordering Crystal Cove State Park on the sunset facing side of the San Joaquin Hills. Stretching from high on the ridge all the way down to PCH, Crystal Cove is comprised of 8 different home collections spread out among 620 acres of the Newport Coast hillside.
